This extraordinary property is situated in a small village not
far from the city of Bourges. It was built by a wealthy a wine merchant in 1891
and was designed to house his family as well as the flourishing business and
employees. The warehouse was built on 4 levels and designed to facilitate the
work involved in vinification and the movement of material. A monumental tower
was built over 20 metres high in order to house the resevoir which supplied
