The site is beautiful and is surrounded by fields and woods. It
consists of 23 acres land and lakes totalling 22 acres. The average fish is 15
kg with 5 specimens of around 23-25 kg (Common, mirror, leather, grass carp).
There is also a good head of black bass to 3kg and around 40 sturgeon to 15 kg.
The site can ideally accommodate 20 anglers. The lakes:
* Lake 1: 11 acres / 250 carp
* Lake 2 : 5 acres / 60 carp
* Lake 3 : 3 acres / 60 carp
* Lake 4 : 2 acres / 60 carp
* Lake 5 : 1 acre-stock pond
A system of pumps enables the water levels to be maintained even in droughts.

The site has mains electricity and water. The entrance is protected by gates.
2.5 acres of the land classed “zone de loisirs”, which enables more chalets to
be installed if required. Material included in price (furniture, tracteur, nets
etc).
This property is situated 20 minutes east of Mâcon in southern Burgundy. There
is good access with the A40 motorway. The airport of Lyon is 50 minutes. St
Etienne 1 hr 15.
